When is Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week 2012
England and Wales - 25th – 29th June, Scotland – 11th – 15th June
Can I run a sports week outside of those dates and still register for the resources.
Yes, we are more than happy for a school to run a sports week outside of National School Sport Week

I have tried to register for Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week, however, when I input the postcode our school does not appear

What is included in the resource pack?
The resource pack will include a teacher planning pack and an activity pack to help you
plan your week. In addition, you will be able to download additional free
resources to help you stage your Games, including a Flame Followers resource to
help your school celebrate the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.
I have registered for National School Sport Week but I have yet to receive my resource pack?
Packs will start to be mailed to schools in January 2012.
Is there a cut off date for receiving the National School Sport Week resource
pack?
Subject to availability, all schools that register for National School Sport Week before the
15th June 2011 will receive a resource pack prior to the week to help with planning. Once registered you will have access to numerous online resources - please go to www.schoolsportweek.org to find out more. Hard copies of the resources will be made available to the first 15,000 schools that register.
I can’t log in to the Resource area of the Website
Please use the email address used during registering for National School Sport Week. If you are not the person who registered for the week, please email info@schoolsportweek.org and we let you know who from your school registered.
Is there an official National School Sport Week logo that we can use?
The Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week logo will be available for download in the Resources section of this website. Your school needs to be registered for National School sport week to access this section.
How do I register for London 2012 World Sport Day?
To register for London 2012 World Sport Day (WSD) you must be registered to Get Set, for more information or for answers to your questions about Get Set please visit https://getset.london2012.com/en/faqs
Can I have an athlete at my event?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide an athlete visit for schools during National School Sport Week . All details of competitions and opportunities regarding the week can be seen online at www.schoolsportweek.org.
However, your school or Young Ambassador can approach any contacts you have and
invite them along.
Is there any chance of having an Olympic Torch for our event? If so what is the availability and costs involved etc.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide an Olympic Torch visit for schools during
National School Sport Week. All details of competitions and opportunities regarding the week can be seen online at www.schoolsportweek.org .

We are an International school – can we register and take part in National School Sport Week?
Unfortunately only schools within the UK can register for National School Sport Week and receive a free resource pack. However, we would not want to discourage any school for celebrating the week. Please email info@schoolsportweek.org to find out how you can get involved.
How do I register for Flame Followers?
All schools who register for Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week will
automatically be able to access Flame Followers resources and enter our London
2012 Olympic Torch Relay competitions. If you’re not a PE teacher or haven’t
registered for National School Sport Week, you can still sign up your school to
the Flame Followers programme and be a part of the Olympic Torch Relay
celebrations by registering here.
