National School Sport Week Programme Terms

  1. Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week is an annual sport participation event for primary and secondary schools in the British Isles.
  2. Lloyds TSB and Youth Sport Trust operate, promote and facilitate National School Sport Week.  They provide facilitation materials where available, and work to support schools to participate in sport during the week.
  3. The materials which may be available to participating schools include a Teacher Planning Pack and Activity Pack.  There are limited numbers of these packs and they will not be distributed when stocks run out.
  4. Priority in receiving these packs will be given to schools in England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, on the basis of one copy per school.
  5. Packs are also distributed on a “first come first served” basis.
  6. The distribution of packs and availability of support and guidance for schools is at the discretion of Lloyds TSB and Youth Sport Trust.
  7. Only one Teacher Planning Pack and one Activity Pack will be sent to each registered school while stocks last.
  8. Schools who register but do not receive a pack will be able to access downloadable materials via the Internet.
  9. Materials are provided on the strict terms that they are to be used in conjunction with Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week, and are not to be amended or adapted.
  10. Lloyds TSB and Youth Sport Trust (as appropriate) assert all intellectual property Rights in Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week, including its name, branding, concept, activities and materials.  Without limiting the above, Lloyds TSB Bank plc asserts copyright and moral rights in all materials relating to Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week.
  11. Only one person per school can register as the contact for Lloyds TSB National School Sport Week. Any subsequent registration attempts will fail and the name of the person who has registered will be displayed as the registered contact.
